Quality documents show that system runs on certan way. If a foundation has quality certificate.It have many specific quality documents attached to this certificate. These quality documents might be policy, process, procedure, instruction…

- Documents might have many link with each other.
- These documents require update operation for satisfying new requirements.
- Members of system want to reach document in a short way.
Like these there are many requirements of quality management system.

We have developed web based system that have many properties listed below,
1. Upload quality documents to system and reach them in a short and secured way.
2. System provide template when you prepare the quality document.
3. It create document hierarchy and show links of parent and child document on each document.So than we can manupulate the document o a tree format.
4. Authorized person within the system approve document when it is uploaded at first time.
5. It give facility to system user to reorganize the document.
6. Each document belong to role of the foundation.We can attend person to role.In this way system is not depend on member of the foundation.
7. It provide a sub-system in order to check all documents which were uploaded to quality management  system.
8. There is a function of each document in order to write opinion
9. It shows the document history and also  we can look history of revision by using link ancestor or child.
10. We can create a list for each document a list of rol for sending notice about any suituation.
11. We can search all document by using specific words that have been input on each document.
