There may be many projects which has been implemented within or outside of a corparation or government agency. These projects may be very confused so it is diffucult to control and observe plans of project.

Using Project Office

1. People offer new project to project office. In this way offers of projects are collected within the Project Office.
2. Chairman  and members of the project office decide to send suitable projects to committee chairman.
3. Committee chairman approve or reject the project and determine the project manager.
4. Project Manager and attendant of committe determines steps, output, budget and time period of the project 
5. In the light of project plan project manager or attendant of committe have to input the implementation data to software.
6. As a  result, chairman of corparation or government agency can watch the steps, output, time, budget of projects by using report of the software at any time.He/She become aware of the bottlenecks of project. So than, he/she interfere the project implementation
