Development and implementation of a solution for the newly established Strategy Development Units. The first implementation is at the MoF, with almost 4500 users country-wide, planned to be increased to 10,000. It is intended as a unifying solution of Knowledge Network for Strategy Development Units coordinated by the Ministry of Finance. Operational since June 207. Savings of 1.5 million within the first six months of operation. Awarded #1 in G2G applications at the 5th eTR competition in 2007.
