Throughout the process of budget, provided the integration between consumers, bureaucracy decreased seriously and important progress made on reporting. All of the instutions within the budget are registered for electronic network. By this, data flow between instutions is provided by network and process time is reduced. By the increased security of data and less process time, bureurocracy and stationery decreased. Within the principles of clearness and management, serving budgetary data to everyone including citizens and implementing performance budget applications parallel to strategic planning are the main goals of the system which is only available for users that are inside the financial system. Achieved solution is one of the most important applications in e-government area in the category of “G2G”. Also training was provided for the system which is used by 165 public instutions.
